Welcome to Pickndrop. By accessing or using our website, mobile apps, or delivery services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“User / Customer” – Anyone booking a delivery.

“Rider / Delivery Partner” – A freelancer delivering parcels on our platform.

“Platform” – Pickndrop website, mobile app, dashboard, or any related system.

“Service” – Parcel pickup, delivery, tracking, and related features.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pickndrop, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and local laws.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Service Availability

Pickndrop tries to provide consistent and uninterrupted service, but we do NOT guarantee:

instant rider availability

uninterrupted app/server uptime

delivery within a fixed time during traffic, rain, or emergencies

Pickndrop may update or modify the service at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information

Keep the parcel ready for handover

Ensure items are legally allowed

Pay the correct delivery fee

Not use the service for harmful or illegal activities

If wrong address or packaging causes delay or damage, Pickndrop is not responsible.

5. Prohibited Items

The following cannot be sent through Pickndrop:

Cash, gold, jewelry, or high-value items

Illegal items (drugs, weapons, explosives, chemicals)

Fragile items without proper packaging

Perishable food that may spoil during transit

Live animals

Riders may refuse pickup if the item violates policies.

6. Delivery & Return Policy

The rider will attempt to pick up and deliver as per the order details.

If the recipient is unavailable or rejects the parcel, a return fee will be charged.

Pickndrop is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or incorrect addresses.

7. Fees & Payments

Users must pay the delivery fee shown during booking.

Pickndrop may apply VAT, service charges, or additional fees when required.

All charges are displayed transparently before confirming the trip.

No cash-on-delivery (COD) is supported.

8. Rider Role

Riders are independent freelancers, not employees of Pickndrop.

Riders are responsible for:

maintaining vehicle fitness

obeying traffic laws

handling parcels safely

Pickndrop is not liable for a rider’s personal negligence or misconduct.

9. Parcel Loss or Damage

Pickndrop provides limited liability for parcel handling.

We are not responsible for:

damage caused by poor packaging

prohibited or fragile items

loss due to inaccurate user information

rider accidents caused by third parties

Maximum compensation (if approved):

Up to ৳500 for eligible claims.

10. Account Rules

Users may not:

misuse the platform

create multiple fake accounts

abuse riders

engage in fraudulent activities

Pickndrop may suspend or ban accounts for violating rules.

11. Cancellations

Users may cancel before pickup.

If the rider has already reached the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to the Pickndrop Privacy Policy.

13. Liability Limitation

Pickndrop is not liable for:

indirect or incidental damages

delays caused by external factors

financial losses due to service disruptions

Use of the service is at your own risk.

14. Updates to Terms

Pickndrop may modify these Terms & Conditions anytime.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
